Michael shares about Project 31. They provide a community for those affected by breast cancer in the Oklahoma City area.

Tom Wright: Co-Founder of Aromascapes
Tom Wright is Co-Founder of Aromascapes, a scent marketing, scent branding and odor neutralization company. Before Aromascapes, Tom held various sales positions with small local businesses to Fortune 500 companies before becoming a self-employed independent sales representative. In 2012, he was named Managing Partner of Mid-America Sales & Distribution which later gave birth to Aromascapes in 2014 and remains the parent company to Aromascapes to this day. Tom is responsible for sales and operations as well as the day to day direction of the companies.
Tom and his business partner, Randy Wright, have been lifelong friends both growing up in the town of Watonga Oklahoma, later forming a business relationship with like-minded aspirations. Today, Tom and Randy are continuing to scale Aromascapes to become a national brand in the Aroma Diffusion and scent branding industry as well as diversifying their business portfolio into other industries.
Tom is definitely a dreamer!
Dreaming with Imagination
Tom was able to use his imagination a lot growing up as a kid. He played with Star Wars action figures quite a bit! He was also surrounded by many friends and was able to key off those friendships. One of those friendships turned into a business partnership that lasted until today!
One day, he and his friend Randy found a need for scent marketing and Aromascapes began.
Scent Marketing
Tom explains that our sense of smell is directly related to our limbic system. This is why people can remember the smell of their grandma’s house! Tom uses this to create a signature scent for other businesses to help make them memorable.
Tom loves his job because he gets to develop relationships with each of his clients. Not only does he get to craft scents for them, but they continue to come back for refills or maintenance deepening that relationship.

If you have a dream, act now! Take the first step towards your dream to make it become a reality. Pick one small thing each day to work on, and before you know it your dream will become reality!
