Personal Growth with Michael and Carolyn
At Loveworks, we believe that one of the ways that you can become one of the best versions of yourself is to focus on personal growth. We love curating things like books, music, organizations, blogs, or resources that have encouraged your personal growth.
Today, we’re going to talk about an educational news resource.
Imagine a magazine that can inspire 8- to 14-year-olds to discuss the news of the week with their parents, teachers, and friends. Right now, The Week Junior is empowering hundreds of thousands of kids across all 50 states to love reading, develop their own points of view, and find their voice. No wonder they love it.
Founded by Wynter Pitts, FOR GIRLS LIKE YOU began with a desire for resources for her four daughters. In just a few short years, Wynter created a national magazine, devotionals, books and many other tools for girls and their parents. The Pitts Family is devoted to carrying on Wynter’s legacy and her vision for this ministry. We are committed to help you in your journey to grow in God and raise your own godly daughters.

Angela’s ADVICE –
Don’t let whatever your friend says about your dream, change your mind. Don’t let whatever that random person in your class says change your mind. Don’t let somebody say, “You can’t do that,” because you can and you will. If you keep focused and let all the distractions go away. Tell people about your dream so they can encourage you and you will make it happen.
