Sanctuary Gardens & Wellness with Jason Fletcher

Jason Fletcher is the Chief of Operations at Sanctuary Gardens and Wellness.  Jason recently retired from Active-Duty Service in the Army after 22 years.  He is part owner of Sanctuary Gardens and Wellness and manages the day to day administrative and operational functions.  Jason specializes in building and growing teams and is responsible for educating and training other employees using proven techniques. Jason is a powerful force in the workplace and uses his positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.

Jason believes the best way to build trust in leadership is to be committed to doing the hard work along with those who work for you.  He encourages entrepreneurs to find a mentor and take the time to learn how to build a business from the ground up so that they are prepared for all the challenges and opportunities that come along the journey.  

REAL Kitchen with Bella Mijares 

Bella, is 14 years old and will be going into the 9th grade this upcoming school year! With Real Kitchen, Bella does a little bit of everything that includes marketing, manufacturing, sales, and leaves the finances for other members of the team. Her favorite thing to do is sales because she loves talking and interacting with the customers that are buying the Real Kitchen product!

Being a part of the REAL Kitchen team has taught Bella the importance of commitment, staying true to yourself and your business.   Working with a startup company is hard work and it never stops!

While Becca has always been an extrovert, she has had to learn how to be more vocal and confident in the business world. Becca says you shouldn’t be afraid to speak up, especially for interviews! Work on improving your social skills and verbal communication.
