Tina Gering: Oola Life Coach

Coach Tina’s number one goal is to positively inspire others so they may confidently achieve their full potential.  She believes that inside of each heart is a passionate dream and that everyone deserves to be encouraged to grow that greatness and find their purpose.  US Army veteran, career-military spouse, lifelong learner, K-12 educator, corporate trainer, real estate agent, entrepreneur, and mom to 9 amazing young adults; she has celebrated multiple achievements and survived many life experiences. After her 25 year marriage ended in divorce, she not only overcame adversity, she has thrived; celebrating good health/wellness, financial stability, and remarriage to a wonderful Christian man committed to the work needed to keep a marriage alive.  She believes life is the grand adventure it should be, and while it’s not without its challenges, she wakes up every morning feeling extremely blessed and grateful to have the opportunity to encourage others to live the life of their dreams – also known as the OolaLife!

Becoming a Problem Solver

As a child Tina knew she wanted to be a business owner, just not the business she wanted to own.  She consistently dreamed up new ideas.  By middle school she was known as a problem solver but she was safe, comfortable until an opportunity presented itself in the form of a high school math class.  She made the choice, took the scary step and accepted the offer.  This led to more risky choices and a new approach on life – “let’s see what happens!”  It was not the easy route, but it provided the opportunities to grow and learn.

As a first generation college student Tina attended a small christian school for a year and decided to transfer to a community college so that she could work for a local entrepreneur.  She learned so much and realized she could continue to help people achieve their dreams or she could finish her business degree and pursue her own!

Discovering Purpose Through Reinvention

Tina, now married with a young daughter, her husband in the navy, moving frequently, transitioned in her career as her family established themselves in each relocation.

After settling in, a few years down the road, Tina discovered the local high school needed a math teacher.  Receiving the necessary certification she stepped into the classroom ready to help each student come to love math the way she did.  She discovered while working with students to solve math problems she was able to help students with their life problems.  She discovered she loved working with students to work through their life problems.  She would discuss solutions after uncovering their strengths and talents, bringing them to surface to work the problems they faced.

After a difficult season, Tina discovered Oola Life.  A program designed to help people develop a lifestyle to have the energy to live life fully. As she began living out the lifestyle she discovered she could help others learn how to live fully by becoming an Oola Life Coach.

She is currently building a community of like minded dreamers called Empowering Champions: Learning, Sharing and Growing Your Greatness. Her goal is to empower

10,000 like minded individuals, whom she calls champions, to achieve progress towards their dreams by guiding them to learn/share/grow their greatness.

Tina’s Advice

You are unique. Your differences are your strength.  Your talents are what will change the world someday.  You be you. We can bury your dreams or you can hold them up and let them shine.

Don’t let other people talk you into a path that is not for you.  It is okay to follow a dream that doesn’t make sense to anyone else.  Getting out of your comfort zone will push you to the next step that will allow you to become the person you are meant to be.

Surround yourself with people who are like minded, who know you well and will encourage you to continue on your unique path to achieve your dreams!
