Dave’s ADVICE –
Do not worry about your surroundings or your environment. It may not set the stage for you but you do not have to become your environment. Be a dreamer; be your own person. Go after what you want, very aggressively. Focus on yourself and make sure you’re doing what you need to to achieve your dreams. Don’t get stuck anywhere no matter where you’re at, focus on the things you do well and excel at it.
Key Takeaways:
- Dreams can shift so prepare yourself as you pursue each one
- Allow what you see in the world to spur you to do something about it
- Everyone has an important role to play
- There is no dream too big, just take the next step
- Don’t get distracted from what you really want to do
- Be humble and work hard
- Don’t allow your circumstances to define who you are
