Brittany + Madison Lee: Co-Authors
Brittany Lee currently serves as the Director of Child Care Services at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services. Brittany’s background includes nearly twenty years of professional experience in the early childhood sector. Her expertise range from teaching in the classroom, directing a child care center, supervising operations for multiple Early Childhood Education programs, facilitating professional development and mentoring young educators. Brittany earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in Education and a master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in Instructional Leadership and Academic Curriculum. She is passionate and committed to enriching the lives of children and those child care professionals who work with them.
Madison Lee will be starting the 5th grade in the fall. Her favorite pastime is reading. Her other activities include coding, arts and crafts, and hanging with her younger sister Isabel. Her latest accomplishment is working with her mother to write a children’s book for the children of Oklahoma who attend Child Care titled, Kids of Oklahoma, Find Your True North.
Sunshine Scrubs
Sunshine scrubs is made up of 4 businesswomen: Rubi, Bella, Mia, and Carissa. Together, they started a gentle body scrub business for those with eczema or anyone with dry, ashy skin.
