Hira Javaid: Foster Learning

Problem solver (scholar) by education and disruption catalyst by passion, Hira shares 7 years of experience in education, training & development sector. She started her entrepreneurial journey with Foster Learning 4 years ago, a skills based edtech community enabling youth by building their leadership and entrepreneurial capacity, inspired by the idea of solving local problems, & impacted 100,000 youth across Pakistan.

She has been part of various projects impacting: youth, women, low literate skilled labour, school kids, and corporates in all verticals of training & development sector. Major organizations include, European Union Pakistan, Swedish Institute (SI), GIZ Pakistan (BMZ), Higher Education Commission (HEC), Thinking school Vietnam, Akhuwat (a microfinance organization), and more than 55 universities across Pakistan. She has also participated & won various national and international competitions & fellowships. She shares her expertise in operations, business development & communication.
