Today we are going to talk about a must-have for back-to-school shopping.

• Student Planner. Why rely on a phone alarm to tell you out of the blue when a huge project is due? When it comes to keeping school assignments straight, we’ll opt for analog over digital every time.
• Trapper Keeper. You might remember the three-ring, color-coded, Velcroed school binder, whose ubiquity in the 1980s and ’90s makes it a byword for nostalgia. For a whole generation, it was our first information organization system, a child’s garden of productivity!
  

Christine Stern: Songwriter and Artist

Christine Stern has pursued her passion for songwriting for 12 years.

With songs recorded in a variety of genres–some of the artists who have recorded Christine’s songs include Grammy Award Winner Thi’sl, Scarface, American Idol alumni Ashthon Jones, Dove Award-nominated Jai, Anna Golden, Allison Speer, Rachel Morgan Perry, Nirva, among others. Her songs have charted number 4 on iTunes Christian & Gospel charts, and have charted on Billboard top 100.

Currently, she works with Smash Coast Music, where she writes songs for TV and film. She also is determined to keep dreaming those big dreams, and just released her own single as an artist called Draw Me.

When she isn’t songwriting herself, she has a passion for teaching songwriting and helping other songwriters. She has created songwriting courses for two colleges, and was an instructor at Extreme Institute by Nelly in St.Louis.

Christine lives in Arizona with her husband Dan and their three beautiful children. She is always dreaming big, but her favorite dream to ever come true already has–to become a wife and mother.

Christine’s ADVICE –

I know the dream is big and it will happen. It will not happen the way you think it will happen so be flexible. It won’t happen overnight, it will take time.
