Mike Glover: Multi-Media Journalist and Radio Host

Mike Glover is a native Oklahoman. He grew up in Oklahoma City, attending Millwood High School and the University of Central Oklahoma.
Mike joined the News 9 family in 2008, working behind the scenes in the production department as an audio operator. During his 13 years in that department, Mike served a critical role in our coverage of some of the most notable breaking news events. In 2021, he made what he calls “A huge leap of faith” and began his journey as a multi-media journalist. Mike loves meeting Oklahomans and having the opportunity to tell their stories.

Mike also has an extensive background in radio and currently hosts a weekly syndicated radio show called “The City”.

Mike grew up playing the drums and occasionally still finds time to play. He is also an avid music lover of all types of music.

Mike’s ADVICE –

Relax, be calm, and find confidence in your abilities and talents.
