Stuart Hudson is the Editor and Co-Publisher of EdibleOKC, a culinary publication dedicated to the emerging local food movement happening throughout Central Oklahoma. Each of their publications includes insightful features and stunning photography that tell the stories of restaurants nestled in our historic downtowns, local farms, artisans, chefs, baristas, winemakers, brewers, cheesemakers, home cooks, bakers, and beekeepers.
Stuart graduated from MacAlester College in St. Paul Minnesota and continued his education at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington DC. He has a background in writing, law, and specialty food events. Engaging with and supporting the OKC and larger Oklahoma community provides meaning and enjoyment to his life. In his personal life Stuart is a father, husband, and avid record collector.
